Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our studio to initiate a return. All return requests must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the item. All returned jewelry must be unworn and in new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for returned pieces. We will not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. We are not liable for the amount of time that your bank may take to complete your refund. The customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. If the item is lost by the shipping carrier when shipped back to us we will not guarantee a refund or exchange, the item MUST make it to us in the same condition that it left in.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
