DESCRIPTION
Opalized wood is a rare and captivating gemstone formed through the process of petrification, where the organic material of ancient trees is gradually replaced by opal over millions of years of silica-rich water seeping into decaying wood, gradually replacing the organic matter. This stunning Opalized Wood cabochon has been hand-cut into a beautiful elongated teardrop. I have set this stone in a traditional serrated bezel and hand-forged fine silver balls in various sizes and individual soldered them to the backplate along the bezel before sawing out the entire piece

Avoid contact with chemical products or excessive contact with hard surfaces that may cause damage to the ring or stone. Clean with a soft cloth when required.

All my shipping and marketing materials are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Each item is packaged in a sturdy 100% recycled Kraft jewelry box with the Lisa Marie Studios logo stamped on top. All items are shipped out in 100% recycled and 100% recyclable padded mailer filled with 100% recycled and Kraft paper fill.
